Originally from the suburbs of Philadelphia, I moved to Seattle in 2010. Along with a change of scenery, I had the desire to find a new career path. To be honest, the thought of being a massage therapist never crossed my mind. After talking with a couple massage therapists, I decided to check it out. I enrolled in Cortiva Institute in September of 2010. I instantly fell in love with body work and new this was what I wanted to do.
I graduated from Cortiva Institute in 2011 and have spent my massage career working in chiropractic and PT settings. I employ a number of techniques and modalities to treat issues ranging from chronic pain, acute injury, to maintenance and preventative maintenance. When I’m not helping clients, I love to travel, cook, spend time with my dogs, and nerd out on music. I also have a degree in film production.
